We are delighted to announce the appointment of Parashuram Pathak as the new Executive Chef at Central Coast Leagues Club.
Most recently making his mark as Executive Sous Chef at the renowned William Inglis Hotel, Parash is a seasoned culinary professional with over 18 years’ experience in the industry.
Working at some of the most celebrated dining locations across the globe, he brings with him an unparalleled knowledge of the industry that involves an array of cultures and cuisines.
Parash is no stranger to fine dining, refining his culinary skills at Rene Redzepi’s pop-up restaurant Noma’s, as well as a four-year stint at San Francisco’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Luce.
He will oversee operations at the Club’s portfolio of eateries, delivering a comprehensive dining experience to locals and guests alike.
We welcome Parash and are very excited to see how he responds to the fare and flavours of the Central Coast.
