Over those years, many Jazz luminaries have appeared including Don Burrows, Graeme Bell, Janet Seidel and Tom Baker, as well as tour groups from USA, UK/Europe & Interstate.

Young bands have been introduced to the “Jazz Family” and $50,000 in Scholarships have been awarded to encourage Jazz youngsters. Members donations and continued fundraising have bolstered the “Jazz Futures Trust” to over $100,000.

The Wine Appreciation Club welcomes all wine lovers, from those who may be just starting their journey of wine understanding, those who just enjoy a good glass of wine on an everyday basis, or those who are very serious about their wine appreciation. We pride ourselves on providing enjoyable experiences for all members.

We run monthly wine tastings on the second Wednesday of each month where a single winery shares their red and white wine varieties. These nights are highly informal with lots of animated discussion and laughter.

Our wines come from all over Australia and are normally not available in local bottle shops. We also arrange popular special tasting nights of overseas wines. The wines we taste can be purchased on the night usually with a discount for club members.

We also arrange field trips and special events over and above monthly wine tastings which we subsidise for members. These are well supported and help reinforce the social nature of our Club.

The cost of an annual membership is $5 and our wine evenings are $10 to attend.  We welcome new members and would love you to come and check us out.

Get in touch with Keith Weir at rsvpccwc@yahoo.com.au or 0420 722 529 for more information.
